Description: The service is provided remotely without a physical visit.
Examples:
Downloadable resources: PDF files, audio files, etc.
Professional services: Web design, interior design consultations, or online courses etc.
At Store
Description: The customer will visit the store or shop to avail of the service.
Examples: Device repairs, custom furniture selection, or in-store consultations etc.
