I had added the Custom Service feature in the bottom bar and profile section, but users didn’t understand it and weren’t using it. Then I made a simple card and placed it on the category page — within an hour, I received a custom booking. So that’s clearly the right place for it. I just felt like sharing that. In your app also, you’ve added it in the bottom bar and on the website in the profile section, but users aren’t really using it. It’s a great feature — if you place it on the category page, everyone will start using it.
